Had a nice Easter stay in a hotel with free parking and comfortable rooms. One advantage enjoyed by guests is the exceptional traditional design of hotel interior and exterior. The mountain view from the private backyard/garden was breathtaking. The location is also very convenient, with food places, pubs, and restaurants all around.
The staff doesn't seem to be very friendly nor accommodating. When we asked for information about the area and what to do, they didn't show any willingness to help out.

The hotel's location allows for easy access to many nearby attractions and restaurants. the stunning mountain views are visible from our spacious room and the hotel’s garden, which is great for relaxing. the breakfast offered is exceptional and was especially enjoyable with views of the mountains. the room is huge and well-decorated, and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped.
The staff was not as friendly or helpful as we expected, and we were not allowed to use the bathroom when we needed it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - close to all attractions yet outside the busy downtown area. The view of the mountains from my room was amazing and I loved the garden breakfast. The hotel facilities were exceptional and I was pleased with the cleanliness. The staff was really friendly and parking was free and convenient.
All was perfect.

Our Christmas vacation was a wonderful experience. The cozy room and stunning mountain views from the balcony were the best aspects of our stay. The location was also great, with easy access to all the nearby attractions and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the traditional design of the hotel and the delicious breakfast served in a beautiful garden area.
We were a bit disappointed by a few things. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful in providing information about the area or accommodating our needs. We also missed one breakfast due to an early morning departure and were not offered a substitute. Finally, we were not allowed to use the restroom when retrieving our luggage, which was inconvenient. it was a mixed experience but the positives outweighed the negatives.
